                  Interview Question

Do you consider yourself successful? Why?

This question is usually targeted especially for the candidates who are well-experienced, but this doesn't mean that freshers doesn't face this question. This question allows the recruiter to understand how you define success.   The recruiter is trying to assess your past achievements and determine whether you will be driven to achieve positive outcomes in the future. You should always answer yes and briefly explain why. A good explanation is that you have set goals, and you have met some and are on track to achieve the others. If you answer No to this question, then  that sounds as though you do not think highly of yourself.  Give a philosophical answer to this question.

Give examples to demonstrate the ways in which you have been successful throughout your career, but do not be arrogant. Success doesn’t necessarily mean ‘winning’, it can often be defined by how you successfully you achieved your goals.

General Tips:

 - Be confident while answering the questions.

 - You should always answer yes and briefly explain.

 - Briefly explain how you achieved each success and backup your answer with explanation.

 - Try to give a philosophical answer, pondering the meaning of success.

 - Don’t say “no.
