ONLINE applications for the post of Technicians in Electrical and Signal & Telecom Department of Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) are invited from eligible candidates who are domicile of the States of Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka OR Land loser candidates.
Following are the details about post.




 Organization :: Konkan Railway

 Post :: (1)  Electrician-III
                 (2) Electrical Signal and Telecom Maintainer (ESTM)-III

Scale of pay :: Level 02 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with other allowances as admissible under the  CDA scale.
  
Age Limit :: 18 to 30.

Educational Qualification :: 
     
(1)  Electrician-III  :-  Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trades of Electrician/Wireman/Mechanic HT, LT Equipment’s and Cable Jointing/Electronics Mechanic (OR) Matriculation/SSLC plus CCAA in the trades mentioned above.

(2) Electrical Signal and Telecom Maintainer (ESTM)-III :- Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trades of Electrician/Electronics Mechanic/Wireman (OR) Matriculation/SSLC plus CCAA in the trades mentioned above.

Do you have any question?


Asking good question shows that you are interested and prepared. Try not to ask questions that can be answered with a simple yes or no answer.  A good response to the interviewer asking, "Do you have any questions?" would be: "Yes, I do." It will show the employer you are keen, you’ve thought about the role in detail, and that you’ve gone the extra mile to prepare.

This is one of the tough HR interview Question which is little tricky and difficult to answer, because you need to speak negatively about some group of people. Remember, Never be negative unless you have a solution to the problem. People are very different by nature. When you get started  at the workplace for the first time, you are going to discover individuals with all different types of behavior and personalities. You may find boring and interesting person at the same time. So, try to answer this question with situations. If you are asked to respond with examples then think about the person as an example and then explain what you do to put effort into the troubled relationship.

Note - General Tips:

 - You have to answer with situations

 - Focus on how hard it is to work with those people and what you do to work with them

 - Focus on the work, not the personality

 - Focus on understanding their point of view

 - Focus on making the situation resolve in a better way than your way

Answer 1: I can handle many traits of people but I tend to get frustrated at the people who pretends to be oversmart and those who never say what they mean or mean what they say & stand for nothing of substance or importance. So Dishonest, manipulative controllers and arrogant are the most difficult to deal with on my part. The personality of each person, can not be distinguished easily working together just for the first weeks, but as time passes, I may understand more and deeper of  his/her inside character and prepare myself.
